Let’s all be honest, the kids name is Ball for a reason. He was built for this.
Last Thursday night the Los Angeles Lakers opened up their season against their heated in town rivals the Clippers, a game in which rookie phenom Lonzo Ball had a terrible first game for his career. Scoring just 3 points on 1-6 shooting from the field, 1-3 from deep, and 0-2 from the charity stripe along with 9 rebounds and just 4 assists. Patrick Beverly, who received First Team All Defensive honors last season, gave Lonzo hell all evening by playing physical defense and uttering not safe for work phrases in his face the entire game.
