“99+1” Music Review

Following up on her Debut EP “The Departure”, ScribeCash delivers yet another hip hop LP infused with catchy hooks, conscious lyrics, stylish RnB vocals, and a bit of 90’s nostalgia with her Debut Album “99+1”. When I first heard the lyrical content of this 21 year old emcee, I knew she was on the break to stardom! The production, which was done by J. Cuse, provided us listeners with samples from some great nineties classics like, SWV’s “I’m So Into You”, Janet Jackson’s “That’s The Way Love Goes” and 50 Cents “P.I.M.P”, and with One Feature from King Los, Shout out to him for that amazing unpredictable verse; ScribeCash delivers a variety of satisfying vocals with endlessly-playable beats that will set you into a range of different musical moods. From the intro track “You”, bringing soft melodies with a subtle approach showing her lyrical skills, totally transforming into something cut-throat. Proceeding into Edgy & Raw material with “I Go Hard” & “S.C.R.I.B.E.”, these tracks showcase the inner west coast flow from ScribeCash. “99+1” offers listeners a perspective through ScribeCashes eyes, as she grows from a young woman, exploring the world, dating & maintaining her studies while in college and Keeping it one hundred with life and its teachings. I don’t want to give away too much, so if you haven’t grasped the opportunity to listen, check it out, you won’t be disappointed! Great 9 tracks, Enjoyed every second of it. Thank you for allowing listeners into a personal glance of your journey with being a music artist and your experiences throughout life as a young adult. Check out ScribeCash LP “99+1” on Spotify!
