“I’m convinced that about half of what separates the successful entrepreneurs from the non-successful ones is pure perseverance.” – Steve Jobs, co-founder and CEO of Apple.
In life you can be poor, middle class, rich, or wealthy. There are other break downs in each category but we wont get into that today. You have the power to change your circumstances but depending on your start in life you just might have to work harder than others.
If you want to be wealthy then you have to understand that working for someone is rarely the route you want to take. To truly be wealthy you have to understand working for yourself will take you a lot further in life. When you are passionate about something you give your all, and the only way to be truly successful is to push yourself and take chances.
You have to find what you are talented in start shaping your future. Entrepreneurship is something to strive for in todays economy. The 40+ hour work week is hard on a creative mind when you are doing something you aren’t happy with. Owning your own business was more common earlier on in American history, but today there are more larger corporations than small businesses in communities.
My advice is to find what you are good at, figure out home to make a living from it, and provide opportunities for the next generations.
